About AutoVouch
AutoVouch focuses on independent mobile vehicle inspections in the Eastern Cape. We help buyers, sellers, dealers and fleet operators understand the accessible condition of a vehicle.
Our purpose
Useful findings, photographs and plain language, with the scope and limitations recorded alongside the observations.
An inspection is a separately agreed service. A marketplace listing or seller’s claims do not determine the inspection findings. Any material conflict must be disclosed before work is accepted.
Mobile appointments across Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage, Cradock and our surrounding service areas, subject to travel, access and availability.
Clear responsibilities
We agree the package, access requirements and full quotation before accepting an appointment. We record what was observed and what could not be checked. We do not dismantle components or guarantee that every fault will be found.
Our reports are condition information at the time of inspection. They are not warranties, statutory roadworthy certificates, valuations, finance clearance or proof of ownership. A diagnostic code is an observation requiring context, not automatically a confirmed diagnosis.
Customers decide whether to purchase and must independently verify identity, ownership, finance, payment arrangements and any outstanding concerns. These limits do not excuse negligent work or remove rights under applicable law.
Vehicle listings are supplied by their sellers. AutoVouch hosts and moderates listings; it is not automatically the seller, agent, guarantor or holder of a buyer’s purchase funds.
Your information & rights
Our service area
Surrounding areas are welcome. The written quotation confirms travel costs, availability and suitable access.
Accountability
Use the published service contact or the contact form when requests are open. Include your reference, vehicle details, the concern and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days, or explain what further investigation is needed.
We first seek a fair opportunity to investigate and remedy an issue. You retain the right to approach an appropriate regulator, ombud, tribunal or court. See the complaints and consumer remedies information.
Assistance with arranging a test is a planned optional service, subject to separate agreement and availability. A statutory test and certificate must come from an authorised vehicle testing station. Our inspection report does not replace it.
